Yes, the vignette for Switzerland is mandatory if you drive a car, motorhome or caravan through the country.

Which vignette do I need?

There is only one type of vignette in Switzerland: the annual vignette for 2021.

The vignette for Switzerland is valid for one calendar year, including December of the previous year and January of the next year. A vignette for 2021 is therefore valid from 1 December 2020 to 31 January 2022.

You must apply the vignette to the windscreen of your car. Preferably in the lower right-hand corner on the passenger side.

For caravans, the vignette must always be applied to the window at the front of the caravan.

If you order before 5 p.m. on business days, the vignette is shipped the very same day. In 96% of cases, your vignette will be delivered the next day—except for Sundays and Mondays, when the postal service does not deliver. If you are in a hurry, please call us and we can process your request with urgency.

Please note: we have noticed that shipping takes a bit longer these days due to the heavy workload at the postal service. Order your vignette ahead of time.

The vignette will be shipped free of charge by post.

You can pay with most online payment methods, including iDEAL, PayPal, credit card and, of course, Apple Pay.

As soon as we have shipped the vignette, you will be notified. If the shipment has not arrived within 1–4 days, please contact us.

The standard mode of delivery is by regular post.

If you want to be able to track your shipment, please select track and trace. We will then send you an e-mail so that you can track your shipment. This is particularly recommended if you have ordered several vignettes.

If you do not opt for registered mail, we can do very little for you in the event that it gets lost.
